 is great because this one here is zero calories so and by the way hot sauce if it's cayenne pepper hot sauce it's great because it speeds up your metabolism it's a thermogenic so your body will burn more calories with it as well so I find hot sauce to be great low calorie I also have a little bit of salsa organic salsa salsa is really low calorie also it's good for you and everything too and I'll mix that around with my rice and shaken and so that what kind of add some more flavor to it make it more enjoyable but for the most part these are meals that I enjoy again it might be totally di DXN Code Strike Order fferent for you but I get these prepared and they're just great meals that are high-protein there's a bit of carbs and them and everything but helps my body repair and grow from the workouts and what I'm doing to help support me and losing fat and everything now other meals that I'll have throughout the day are a little bit into interchangeable but I have about five to six meals a day so I had the pre-workout the post-workout the chicken and rice chicken salad the next one will likely be scrambled eggs or an omelet so what I'll generally do is take one egg organic free-range half a cup of egg whites a little bit of cottage cheese about a quarter of a cup of cottage cheese again it's not great view but cottage cheese probably the best cheese in terms of putting on muscle and everything because cottage cheese has casein in it
